I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
