My current ctc is 6.5 lpa , will be getting hike in 2 months. I received an offer letter with 10.5 lpa in hand salary. I have 3 yrs of exp in Analytics. Is the salary appropriate or shall i ask for more ? Also this is the first letter that i received need tips on how can i re-negotiate.
