Joined July 2021 - offered 10LPA
April 2022 - 12LPA, 20% increased
May 2024 - 13,20 LPA, 10% increased
Apr 2025 - 1,346,400 LPA, 2% increased
Feb 2026 - 1,481,040 LPA, 10% - Offering a increment

The manager is saying you are doing good work, and he will discuss it with management regarding an increment.

So overworked that I've got no motivation to pull an all nighter, someone please motivate me!
