Cap Hill
Bring a good income cause it ain’t cheap
This is everywhere now :/
You really can’t go wrong in any denver neighborhood! If you would enjoy living close to a park, Washington Park or Sloans Lake neighborhood are great. If you would enjoy a bar/restaurant scene Rino, the highlands, or south Broadway/baker neighborhoods are great. The nice part of denver is that you are never more than a 10-15 min drive from the next neighborhood, so everything is accessible regardless of where you live.
Honestly, I live in University, and I love it. I have a house with a front and back yard and only pay 2250 with pet fees for two animals. Biggest suggestion is to find a place that is not run by a company but a private landlord just renting out their second home.
And if you like going out, it's not too far from Broadway which is a lively street.
What are you looking for?
I just moved to Chaffee park in a house with roommates and it’s awesome. Bit cheaper rent and lots of space but sunny side / highlands / rino are super close (5-10 min drive)
Second this. I'm just north of Sunnyside and love it. Renting out my place if you're interested.
I live in Westwood and while it is cheap, I don’t necessarily recommend it. We needed a house with a yard for our dogs and we like it for now, but definitely looking forward to getting our own place
