offer - 2: Tiger Analytics 18 LPA CTC (16 LPA fixed + 2LPA Joining bonus) - Hyderabad
Offer - 3: Demandbase 18 LPA (completely fixed) - Hyderbad
Offer - 4: Tredence analytics - Still discussions on Offer going on. - Hyderabad.

Current location - Bangalore (But ready to relocate to Hyderabad, if it is a good company).

#1 one of company hr shared just salary breakup(annexure-2) #2 asked me treat this is formal offer letter (this is our standard process :) ) #3 Initiate resignation process. #4.1 Share resignation email with co. hr. #4.2 HR will share appointment letter.

Top SDRs oftentimes don't sound like traditional salespeople when cold calling. They use a very casual voice tone.

Here are a few tips:

1. Avoid upward inflections at the end of sentences. This makes it sound like everything you ask is a question
2. Slow down and eliminate buzzwords. Speaking fast makes you sound nervous and less confident
3. Avoid reading from a script - internalize your message and put it into your own works so you sound like YOU!

People who are in product based companies. PLEASE do not join SERVICE base companies.

Move from service base to product base is good but not viceversa.

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

I got an offer from Capgemini 13.25 Lpa, offer from TCS 15 lpa and ADA software re engineering pvt ltd 13Lpa. Which is the better offer I will join.
