Unfortunately my advance pf withdrawal claim of total employee+employer contribution has been rejected. I submitted advance pf claim of whole amount but it has been rejected saying "Insufficient experience(less than 5 yrs)" although my combined work exp of my last 2 companies is more than 5 yrs. On the advance pf withdrawal policy it is clearly written that for construction of house whole amount can be withdrawn.
What is the issue? Can anyone please help? I really need the money😔

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
