Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
Thanks in advance

I would personally say Seoul over KL - more opportunities and better stuff to cut your teeth on. What's your end goal? What kind of career do you want?
Hey there! I would personally go for Seoul SK over KL. Korea has a highly developed and profitable finance service sector and Seoul is the center of finance for the country. Korea is the third largest banking market in Asia.
Personally, I would take Seoul over Kuala Lumour any day. Seoul is just a lot more established, the way I see it which means that there's bound to be bigger opportunities for you in the long run. Do you already have work in line in either cities or will you be job searching once you move?
I will go with the choice of the previous comments. Korea is on fire at the moment. They are developing fast and getting worldwide acknowledgment just like Japan.
COL in Seoul is super high. The apartment itself is expensive. Will your company shoulder your relocation expenses?
Seoul is larger and has more opportunities than Kuala Lumpur especially in finance. Korea is a huge center for financial responsibilities.
Seoul seems like a better option. It is a first world country and so much opportunities ahead of you. That also means more competition but nothing you can't handle. Best of luck!
