Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Leave, I was in a project. It was messed up. Project manager used to call on Teams all the time from 8 am to 12 am at night
You can't work with proper focus, somebody will keep calling you randomly. Project manager will call you in 10 mins interval to check for update.
No process, bugs randomly been thrown at you, Friday night client will give feedback. On Saturday morning, project manager will spam calls on your phone since 9 am to get them done.
Not an environment where proper engineering can be done.
Then teamlead will call if you are away for a minute. It's horrible. Low trust culture.
That annoying Microsoft teams ringtone will make your blood boil.
I can completely relate....not sure which project ur in but Optum project has all the traits mentioned. Agile manager will ping all the time and schedule a call. There is no environment to work. Just threats, updates. Really bad project and company
