Hi guys, year ago received an offer from PwC accepted it with all the information about uan, pan etc uploaded in idfy as well. But not abe to join. Now, after 1 year again received offer from PwC. Wanted to confirm will that be an issue as previously i rejected the offer after uploading all my details in idfy portal. Now again i have to do the same will that be already visible in Background verification. Will that be a problem will this effect my joining. Please suggest. PwC India Deloitte KPMG

Hi , I recently went through all the loop , HR round and final HM catch up for a Senior level role at Meta only to be not offered a role (went to an internal candidate). Recruiter was very sympathetic and offered to introduce to any other open roles I am interested in. Should I take him up on it ? I see 2 open roles very similar to the ones I interviewed for. Recruiter had no negative feedback from the teams . Has this worked out for anyone ?

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

Hey all, question about a toxic organization. I’ve rided it out in sales as an AE at an org for 2 years and now I truly feel my mental health suffers. We have “forecast sales meetings” where the Director grills us on deals in front of the entire team. There is inconsistent behavior and 0 accountability from leadership when we don’t hit our sales targets.
