Actually, I have two offers with the same salary compensation - 1 IBM with 7A job band and 2. Bosch global software technologies Pvt ltd. formerly known as RBEI with job level 51.
Both job Locations are also the same.

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.
