Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. In December I joined one company (top service based company). From December onwards, I got a project. From day one I am working 12 to 14 hours a day and on peak times it went beyond 16 hours. Almost every senior person in team works like this only. Now it is impacting my health. When I discussed this with my manager he is telling me that he is also working like this and I have to deal with it. They hired me as a senior dev but now I am handling a team. Need help what should I do?
