I am currently serving notice period and have accumulated 45 leaves. I understand that I can get 30 leaves encashed in my full and final settlement. So can I take the extra leaves that is 15 days during my NP? Also if I take 15 days leave will it increase my notice days?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview.
