The Project Management aspect of it is a huge lift that I have not seen fully utilized ever. ProofHQ is an easy rollout.
They did at my last agency and tried to force all the creatives to use it. It was a huge disaster
They didn't do it right then. Change management is crucial to any new process. Your use of the word "force" gives a clue as to why it failed.
Proof hq is the goods.
Like all configured systems, the lion’s share of the product codifies what is in practice a more flexible process, and there’s no perfect answer for that.
Not at an agency but use Workfront fully, from creative brief to project management to review/approvals. Anything you want to know in particular? For my current work, I mostly use a kanban workflow, but did a lot of waterfall products when I was CD.
Yes. But I personally configured every workflow and form. PMs have to own it. Comms plan crucial.
I've launched it at two creative agencies and doing a third right now. The first one was 500+ users, the second was over 100 users, this one is over 600 users.
