Hi , I am Data Engineer having 5.5 years of experience and my current salary is 6.5 LPA. I am getting interview calls but they are giving almost 50-70% hike. I asked for 13 LPA but no one is ready to offer. Most of them said your basic salary is very less so you can’t ask more hike.

Is it really the case or due to Impact of AI they are not giving much hikes.

Please help me hot to communicate with HR for good hike.

Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
