Hi, I am from Mobility domain in bosch. Few days ago, our Dept head openly stated that Cost cutting will be continued along with micromanagement and ASR will not be there this year much in a meeting in front of 50 to 60 people. Added to that, there will be no future growth for mobility after 2027. Is this the time to jump from Bosch??

In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means?
