I am in a situation where I informed HCL HR(company offering me) that I am serving NP and LWD as 3rd April.

But in reality, I am yet to put down papers. I am waiting for the HCL offer to be released.

What should I tell the HR of HCL, as I don't have LWD confirmation mail now from CTS.

PS: I got mail that I have cleared all rounds and only HR is pending. Also, how can we negotiate the Notice period in Cognizant. Please suggest.

Let me tell you, I love the flexibility at my firm, OK pay, and I do a great job, and am comfortable pushing back when I have too much work . BUT managers are terrible at planning and recently end up putting me in preventable situations where I need to work 55 hrs or have the staff work the 55 hours. I literally cannot since I have a family and my daughter is only in day care a few hours a day, I'm already doing my max work. Is it crazy that I may want to leave Bc I hate making ppl miserable?

This is regarding Visa Appointment for Germany - in VFS.
My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Will I be asked to book a new appointment with renewed Visa and passport number ?? anyone faced similar situation??

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

Got offer from Cognizant and Infosys.. Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.
