Hi, I am up for a promotion for a role of Customer Success Manager at my current SaaS Company based in London (I'm currently on a produc Specialist role and my experience includes account management at a previous firm). My responsibilities would include managing renewal contracts, cross-selling, upselling and everything that comes with the description. What is your take on the package? Should I be asking for commission and if so, what is the standard?

Is making 10 times your initial salary in 25 years at the same company good progression? Started at 20k and making 210k.

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

What were some circumstances where you have had to to let go of an internal company offer after accepting it?

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
