Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Don't worry, 2-3 weeks is a normal time to wait so that I wouldn't be worried yet. Did you send a thank you after the interview and a follow-up? If you did send the follow-up, now it's a good time. Follow-ups always help me during a big interview; recruiters love that.
What job family ?
Some companies just operate on their own schedule, and waiting two weeks may not be indicative of anything. But if it gets into the third week perhaps you should reach out for an update. And, as always, keep looking elsewhere.
Continue to apply elsewhere until you’re sitting in a Capital One seat. Entertain other offers as well if you have any. It’s been done before. Just look out for yourself!
