Due to personal reason left job at end of 2020.

How could she get into IT company(fresher).Capgemini IBM Tata Consultancy
I wouldn’t worry too much...in this day and age, being let ago is just a fact of life.
Many interviews are only about your reaction to trick questions. I had great interviews that resulted in nothing and bad ones that opened the door for a new opportunity. Don’t feel upset because of a nasty observation, question or even the way the interviewer looked to you during the interaction!
Do not include months on your resume and just say you recently quit
Asking for you to redo resume with months on it?? That’s a red flag to me. They are just looking for an excuse to exclude you. Sounds like Someone you don’t want to work for
Put it on your resume - health related break from xxx to xxx. That way you address the elephant in the room. You don’t need to provide details as they cannot ask medical related details

Super smart. Takes ownership of it rather than it appearing as something that is concealed
You can say what you said and offer reference checks
Chief
Not smart…why not swallow your pride and tactfully provide your references. If your story checks out and you did good work but left due to non work circumstances, references will only support your case anyway.
Put it on your resume so they can see why. I’ve seen where people leave the workforce to take care of family and they put that time frame on their resume with a high level explanation
Good one!!
Questions: critical thinking ones!
1) Why would you leave a job due to heath issue? (U need insurance or you can u were under spouse plan?)
2) short term disability apply if its just few months gap (why didn’t you try it? Gives ur 60-70% pay of your salary - why did you leave that ?)
3) you may be not providing honest details of your gap based on 1&2 ⬆️

What do these questions have anything to do with the quality of work and experience someone has? This is the exact problem and reason why our industry is the way it is. Focusing on the wrong things.
Better off saying you were laid off. Stating that you have had health issues which required you to be “out” may cause them to not view your candidacy in a positive light.

@TIAA 1 thanks for this. Curious to know whether this was from experience or know someone that this happened to.
