Hi i gave an interview in hcl last to last last week, nobody contacted me after that but then i got mail that my resume got shortlisted and also got an onboarding mail to fill joining form where hcl selection status is showing completed. I have dropped and email to hr also but no response.Can anyone tell me what does that mail mean?

I need some advice. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with 20 plus years working in different Healthcare roles. I am working as a PBM Claim Specialist. What other positions can I apply for that is fully remote and better pay? Side note I am thinking of applying to nursing school sometime later down the line. Any advice will be greatly appreciated .

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
