My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. I have an offer with 12 LPA as a SA -QA1 as OMS QA (Functional) ; I don't have much experience in automation, mostly I have worked on functional/buisness part of testing ; can anyone let me know what is the future for a tester in PS ? will the resources gets projects , or not with this kind of profile

let's all put paper or atleast look for other opportunities then they come to know how it feels. I am sure people who are in Publicis Sapient are very good in technical skills they can easily get job outside with same CTC.

I have seen that Some people are seriously demeaning Publicis Sapient looks like they have a personal grudge. I would suggest to connect with your HR and manager in PS or look for right people on LinkedIn.
