I'm currently at 38L(Fixed) working with Deloitte USI, cleared all the rounds with EYGDS. I am asking for 30% hike only which will be 49.5L(Fixed) and that too they are saying out of budget. This is strange!!!

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? Does pwc sdc has "teams" and team meetings? Or we are supposed to wait for project allocation and that's the only team we will be working with? Joined pwc 15 days ago and so far I have only talked with my RL, coach and buddy once. No one is reaching out and even after 15 days, I don't know anyone from my team and have no one to talk to.
