Current CTC is 25 fixed + 3 variable

I have 8 years of experience in analytics. The HR said she will call for salary discussion. So wanted to know what shud be the right band for me in Anz.
And how much hike I can ask. My peers are easily earning around 40 lpa.

At what income level does it make sense to contribute more to traditional 401k over Roth 401k for company ?

Just received an offer from citi for a credit risk associate role. There’s no mention of a set bonus range but a mention of “discretionary incentive and retention award”. Is it something standard? Never worked at a BB so don’t know the norm. Thoughts/guidance? Thanks in advance
