I got an Offer from Ciklum joining date is 8th Dec but my LWD is 16th Feb Im trying to get early release but my manager is saying once he gets my replacement he will release me early but not specifying exact date or timeline and as my joining date is near so nees to ask Ciklum to extend joining not sure they will agree or not but I will try to get release till end of dec or 1st week of jan
Please advice me on this situation as I dont have another offer and Im serving notice period
