Hi I got an offer from Infosys.

I had shown 2 years as gap in portal (worked 6 months non it in between) having all the proper documents also for NON IT experience. No PF but having TDS.

Now I am going to submit Launchpad portal with Infosys
I am unable to add any new company from our side .

Can I explain that 6 months Non IT experience in Gap reason or I can hide as it is like I shown gap already.

Need some suggestions. Please help me over here.

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

If you leave J2 and get another (new) J2, does the first J2 show up on new J2 background check? Assuming these are w2 roles. If so, how do you explain that? 🧐
