Hi, I got an offer from KPMG Global Services KGS for an Associate Consultant PMO role, offering 11.5LPA. My current company is giving me counter offer of 14LPA. I have accepted the KGS offer AND joining is in next 3weeks. What are the chances of CTC revision?

My ctc excluding employer pf is 12.58lpa. i invstd 96k in elss and 40k in lic. Along with this 48k epf and 2.4k as PFtax. HS rnt is 1.2LPA.
