The rental place and property under loan are in same city.. Parents stay in rental ( I pay rent) and I have purchased new flat in same city for myself.

I have created NPS account through SBI YONO app. PRAN is generated and I received my contribution copy as well through mail.
But when I try to login using my PRAN number it says invalid.
Can anyone please help why it’s happening like this??
