Hi I got offer from Goldman Sachs as Contingent worker for 6 months contract and was recruited by Deloitte in their payroll. They told after 6 months mostly I will be converted as Full time employee in either GS or Deloitte. Is it good to take this opportunity, and what are the chances of becoming permanent in GS ?

What is the difference between Principal and Director designations in BCG based on the current hiearchy ? A lot of people working with BCG linkedin designations as Director, and a lot of BCG jobs in Linkedin as well. However this doesn't tie back to the PL, Princ, Partner, MD designations known to be with BCG. Where does Director fall ?
