For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. When I am trying to connect with my HR and Supervisor through email, they are not replying and hiring manager is not picking up the call.
