Also another offer from Deloitte India with nearly same compensation as above as SCON in Consulting. But Location is Bangalore so thought it will be expensive to relocate from Pune.

I have been a Librarian (Higher Ed) or working in libraries for the past decade. My work typically involves instructional design for information and multimedia literacy and I have a very strong background in leverage creative software. I have been trying to look for roles corporate roles in learning and development but feel my lack of articulate 360 & storyline might be holding me back from progressing in the hiring process. How can I leverage my other skills to cover this technical gap?

Apparently IAPP had a webinar this week on hiring in the privacy field. My mentee and a few law students I know all watched and it sounds like a lot of the advice was pretty bad. I wish IAPP would tailor things for attorneys versus compliance, consulting, engineers, etc. I feel like they are doing such a disservice to everyone by trying to cater to all audiences at once.
