Why has it been so dang hard to move from banking to a strategy role in my industry or expertise? Or a start up? 90% of my applications have passed on me before even giving me a first round interview! I’ve been on over 6 deals, and wanting out and it’s been extremely frustrating! Are there any scrum masters out there willing to take me on as a mentee? I recently received my CSM, but I know that is not enough to get a job. I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.
Is it a good offer?
Also it's written in offer that need to travel to US.
Shall I get retained if I am offered a decent salary revision or shall I move out?
