I got selected in Infosys for selenium-java automation tester profile but hr rejected me saying that I don't have pf statement for 9 month experience period currently I have 2 years relavant experience but out of 9 month is as intern, but there is one more thing I have 16 month another experience with another organization also for which i have pf statements I have mailed hr to consider this experience in overall experience is there any possibility that hr will consider my application it is

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.
