Is it okay to try for more offers in the notice period?
I am feeling like why I am doing this but at the same time want to best offers.
And also thinking how should I convey if I didn't join the company even after negotiating and asking for a counter offer based on another offer.
Please advise and suggest.

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

Hi Fishes need your suggestions please. I have an interview with PWC for GCP DE Manager, currently working in pure technical role as data engineer. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. I started my career with a 6LPA package,after gaining 2.7 years experience,
Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .
Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.
