I had my salary discussion with HR few days back. The HR claimed that there will be 2 components. Annual PB and Monthly PB. HR said, we can get 80% Annual PB on an average and Monthly PB is 100% guaranteed. It's just shown as variable but it's actually fixed and receivable. Also, HR claims there will be an annual bonus of varying amount. Are these claims true? I want honest opinion. I have a better offer in hand in terms of brand name, but money wise HCL seems more.
