Want to shift to other company. How much package can I ask as based on this . And my colleague suggested to ask 12 to 14 LPA. What is ur advice ?

Vets using Tricare with a family. I’m out and can use Tricare with the VA, but my wife and I each use our company offerings for our family; which obviously come at cost. Is it worth it to switch to Tricare? Has anyone done this and can share details? Positives/negatives?

Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?

How did you all start as an angel investor? I am interested in becoming one… but don’t know how to start. I have 20 yoe in tech, and currently work for a faang. My entire portfolio is in stocks and re. I would like invest $250k or so over the next 12-24 months as an angel investor.
