Does anyone happen to be in or know anyone who is in the RUV alliance Angel Investment syndicate? https://ruvalliance.com/
We’re looking for angels who are familiar with investing through RUVs (a special purpose vehicle on Angellist) and specifically think the RUV Alliance could bring a lot of value.

Happy Friday! Would love to have you all take a look at my first startup and sign up if interested. We are an angel investing service that matches angel investors and entrepreneurs like Uber for fundraising. It’s free to sign up and takes less than 2 minutes. Sick opportunity but I’d probably stay if VC partner is your goal in the future. My understanding is endowments are like fund of funds that invest in portfolios of investment companies. If that’s true, I don’t see how that experience will translate. That seems like it’s more aligned with asset management. I’d stay.
Agree with EY1, stay in VC if you’re keen on becoming Partner. Don’t chase the name if you don’t care about endowment funds at all.
I'm not in finance, but would it be a viable option if OP did something like go to the endowment, and do angel investing on the side? This way they can scratch that itch with the endowment, then get real hands-on skills in early-stage investing at the same time? I imagine that making a lot of contacts in the startup community would be helpful in the future. Not all careers need to be so linear.
I would go the endowment route. It could be a really cool view into the fund investing level
