I have 3 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant, but I’m not sure how to get multiple job offers like I see others posting (e.g., 5–6 offers). I don’t understand how they achieve that.

Do we just apply for jobs, or should we message people on LinkedIn in similar roles and ask for referrals?. Could you please guide me on how to get more interview opportunities? Are there any tips, tricks, or strategies I should follow?

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I head a team and they seem to be happy… but I’m also personally not satisfied what we’re delivering is enough… so I have this weird mixed feeling of the stuff we’re doing not really being that stretching, but at the same time I feel out of my depth. I really don’t know what to do and whether to hold on in the hope I’ll learn something or go back to a lower grade and a more comfortable life.

I’ve been approved for H1-B which started on 10/01 this year. I’m changing jobs but my current job is filing an amendment. Can an amendment and transfer be done simultaneously? Has anyone had a similar experience with this?

Context: Current firm is Deloitte Advisory and I’m moving to Deloitte Consulting.

Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value.
