I have 3 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant, but I’m not sure how to get multiple job offers like I see others posting (e.g., 5–6 offers). I don’t understand how they achieve that.
Do we just apply for jobs, or should we message people on LinkedIn in similar roles and ask for referrals?. Could you please guide me on how to get more interview opportunities? Are there any tips, tricks, or strategies I should follow?

My SO adds very little to our relationship. She has a dead end job. I cook. I work. I oversee finances. I plan trips. She doesn’t have a voice in the relationship. Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
