Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Profile : SAP EHS Consultant 4YOE
Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable
LTI: 9.9 lac + 1.1 lac variable (they have shared that they will try to get approvals and make it comparable to the counter offer)
