Hi, I have 4.8 yoe in AWS and recently got an offer from TCS of 16.5 LPA and they are ready to wait for 90 days. They offered me near 40% hike and said that this is their highest limit band and they can't go beyond this.
Should I accept it or look out for other companies with better compensation?
Please share your thoughts.

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?
