I have applied for Kaiser Permanente and I have got the candidate onboarding portal with login credentials and there inside documents, I can see my offer letter.

However I have not received a mail for HR team. I got this system generated mail for onboarding portal where I logged in.

As my doj is very near, does the offer letter in Onboarding portal is enough or should I ask HR for welcome mailer as well?

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.
