Hi i cleared 2 rounds in mphasis for delv senior software engineer role a i mentioned exp in resume and i mentioned to hr before shortlist and interview pannels as well i have 3.5 yers exp at last hr says we are looking for 4+ years exp mis communication from our side. In JD mphasis site mentioned 3-6 years exp required for that role i asked her no response but i get bgv document submission mail and status is technical 2-Dm I have tcs offer but i no need to join there what can i do now?
