I have received an offer from TCS for 21 LPA and my CCTC is 18 LPA.
Total exp: 8.9 years
Skill sets: Snowflake, Python, AWS

TCS HR is not providing more than 21 LPA citing my 90 days notice period and asking for any counter offer to increase the CTC.
Please suggest me what I can do next. Can I put my papers with this offer and go into the market to get better offer or TCS HR will be able to increase it?
Also have my next hike in August.

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
