I have recently given interview at citi for .net angular role for L1 round result immediately given the next day but for L2 round i gave on tuesday but didn't received any result yet on workday i can see as business review tried contacting recruiter once they picked once on asking replied that feedback is given and dropped call on again asking didn't picked my call so what to expect am i rejected?
Interview went in short nice few hiccups i got but answered most.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
