Hi, I have recently joined Deloitte and have been assigned to a project. They want me to come to the Mumbai office for 4 days. However, I can manage only 2 days because I am from Pune, my wife is pregnant, and my father has some medical issues. Is there any possibility they could allow me to work from home, shift to the Pune location, or come to the office for just 2 days?

Why does everyone say the work in FDD is so much better than audit? I’ve been in the group for a few months now, and it seems to be just as bad if not worse.

I was put in to SAP when I joined my firm. I got SAP FI certified (associate), but have not done any configuring or implementation work at all (gov't consulting). I'm functional, and do use SAP (cont)

Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!
