Hi , i joined iny as lateral on aug and refused one project stating support and got allocated to another project without my notice or mail that is not related to my technology , am able to move out of this project project assigned on sep last week ,and will able to switch between the sub domains in the main domain if do have a project for that do i need to allocated to central bench thanks

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)
