Hi ,

I submitted my documents on 31 May 25 and my joining is on 23 June 25 still it is showing that checking for the background verification result.
Does it will take more time and my date of joining will get postponed.
As HR mentioned that if the BGV doesn’t get clear before date of joining it will get pushed further

Please help me about the process and minimum or maximum time it takes ?

TCS Hr said to expect offer letter by Feb 7 if business approval goes through.
Or she would have to come back and negotiate.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.
