Hi, I was recently interviewed by Socgen Société Générale. There were 4 rounds and the final round went pretty well. It's been more than a week now and no feedbacks yet. When I reached out to the recruiter, they said they hadn't received the feedback from the client.
Is this normal? I am slowly losing hope.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Is your firm treating 12/26 and 12/27 as firm holiday since the 24th and the 25th are during the weekend this year? Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is. During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
