Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

FactSet hi, does anyone have experience working for FactSet in Norwalk, CT? How is the culture like? Are they promoting from within? Turnover? Benefits? Pay? Work-life balance? I’m applying for an investment type role and taking a job with them would require relocation. Anything that you can share is much appreciated, thanks!

Definitely get everything in writing. Your HR contact who sent you the offers should be able to provide you with all details including the full benefits package which could really be a big factor here. They won’t be offended. It’s also very common to ask (Allspring in this case) to come up to meet the BofA offer. Since Allspring is a pure play investment manager, they may have a more generous retirement package, but don’t quote me on that because I do believe Bank of America has an open defined benefit plan (if you are planning on sticking around for the bulk of your career). Don’t discount the importance of health insurance too. Cost can be a big factor.
Tell me about it. I worked at an insurer with a dozen different plans offered. Some of the plans were north of $3k a month for the monthly premium! My family plan now is much more simple - 90/10 coinsurance after a $3k annual deductible and it costs me about $500 a month out of pocket.
Personally, I'd go with the more stable/secure option of BofA. They're not the best company to work for, but at least you know more what to expect vs. going with another offer from a company you know little about and has lousy reviews on Glassdoor. Plus, BofA is higher.
Glassdoor has given you the indication. There is no respect and autonomy in Allspring at all.
Both offers are in risk. Looking at Glassdoor shows Allspring having terrible scores, but I assume a lot of that is just due to the break from Wells Fargo and there just being a ton of random HR type shit that needs to be fixed.
I don't remember hearing who the head was, but my manager would've been Kyle.
Allspring has poor leadership and is a state of flux. Avoid
