Hey I currently have two exit offers from Big 4, senior accountant for internal audit at Comcast and then the other being financial reporting for Five below. Had a bunch of interviews and these two positions were on the top of my list. I know it’s a good problem to have but now split between the decision to make. I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

During my screening call, I said my expected salary range is 85K-95K. Got the offer today for 90K and I want to counter 100K. Is that a bad look? Should I counter 95K or go for 100K?
